Project Day

$350.00

Description

When you need an attorney today — not a retainer tomorrow.

The Project Day is designed for one thing: getting a specific legal task done, cleanly and professionally, within a defined timeframe. You get four focused hours of attorney-level work — no open-ended scope, no ambiguity about what's included.

Whether your team is slammed leading up to a filing deadline, you have a contract that needs a professional eye, or you need a well-researched memo turned around quickly — this is the most efficient way to get it done without bringing on additional staff or signing a monthly agreement.

One Defined Assignment

Whatever your specific need — if it can be scoped to four hours of focused attorney work, Project Day can handle it. Additional time is billed at $175/hr.

Why Project Day

Real legal work.
No commitment required.

Most attorneys bill $300-$500/hr for the same work with no defined scope and no cap. You submit a matter, watch the clock, and get a bill you didn't expect.

Project Day is a flat $350 for four focused hours of attorney-level work on one defined assignment. You know what you're getting before you pay for it.

⚖️
The Overloaded Attorney

You have a brief due, a motion to draft, or a research question that needs a real answer - and your plate is full. Project Day is clean overflow coverage with no long-term commitment.

🏢
The Business Owner

You have a contract to review, a letter to send, or a legal question you need answered before you sign something or make a decision you regret.

🧾
The Deadline Situation

Something just landed on your desk that needs professional legal attention fast. You don't have time to vet a new firm, set up a retainer, or wait for a conflict check.

🔍
The First-Time Client

You want to see the quality of work before committing to an annual plan. Project Day is the lowest-risk way to get a real deliverable - with your $350 applying toward any annual plan.

Your questions, answered.

What counts as one assignment?

One assignment is a single, defined legal task - a contract review, a research memo on one legal question, a first draft of a motion, a demand letter, or a discovery outline. If you have multiple tasks, you can purchase multiple Project Days or consider an annual plan for better value.

What if my assignment takes more than 4 hours?

Before starting, I'll confirm whether the assignment fits within four hours. If it's likely to run longer, I'll let you know upfront so you can decide how to proceed. Any time beyond four hours is billed at $175/hr - and you'll always be notified before that kicks in.

What states does this cover?

I am licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Work governed by those jurisdictions is fully covered. For matters in other states I can provide general legal analysis and will let you know if local counsel is needed.

How do I submit my assignment?

After purchasing, email your assignment to jcr@johnchristianramos.com or send it via WhatsApp at (484) 880-3354. Include as much context as possible - the matter, relevant documents, and what you need delivered.

Can I apply the $350 toward an annual plan?

Yes. If you'd like to move to the Personal Attorney Plan after your Project Day, your $350 applies as a credit - bringing your first year to $650 instead of $1,000. Just email after your delivery and I'll apply it manually.

Is there a refund policy?

If I determine your assignment cannot be completed within four hours and you choose not to proceed, you'll receive a full refund. Once work has begun on a scoped and confirmed assignment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
