Personal Attorney Plan
$1,000.00
One flat annual rate. One attorney in your corner for contracts, disputes, letters, consultations, and more — all year long.
This isn't a legal hotline. It's one attorney, personally handling your matters.
Leases, employment agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, offer letters — reviewed and summarized with plain-language guidance before you sign anything.
Need to put someone on notice? I'll draft the letter on attorney letterhead across FL, NY, PA, and D.C.
Up to 15 hours of live consultation time per year — calls, strategy sessions, and direct Q&A with your attorney whenever you need guidance.
Security deposit disputes, lease negotiations, habitability issues, and notice-of-entry reviews. Know your rights before you need them.
Reviewing severance agreements, advising on workplace disputes, and drafting responses to employers — before things get to litigation.
Need a simple contract drafted from scratch? Payment agreements, personal loan docs, freelance agreements, and similar transactional documents.
Prepaid legal services charge $99/year for access to a call center. You get 15 minutes with a stranger who has never seen your situation and will tell you to hire a real lawyer.
This is different. Every matter is handled personally by one licensed attorney — reviewed, drafted, and responded to by someone who knows your name and your history.
Your landlord is withholding your deposit, ignoring repairs, or pressuring you to sign a lease with questionable clauses. You need someone in your corner who knows tenant rights.
You received a severance offer, a non-compete, or a settlement agreement and have no idea if it's fair. You want an attorney to review it before you sign away your rights.
You send contracts to clients but aren't sure they actually protect you. You want solid agreements, help chasing unpaid invoices, and someone to call when a client becomes a problem.
You're navigating the biggest purchase of your life and want an attorney reviewing your purchase agreement, title documents, and disclosures before you close.
You're buying a car, lending money to a friend, or entering a partnership. You want simple agreements drafted properly so everyone is protected and expectations are clear.
You don't have an active legal problem — you just want an attorney on speed dial so when something comes up you're not scrambling to find help at the worst possible moment.

This plan is designed for general legal support — not complex litigation. Everything below is defined upfront so there are no surprises.
I am licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Matters in those jurisdictions are fully covered. For matters in other states, I can advise on general legal principles but cannot provide jurisdiction-specific legal advice without a referral arrangement.
Members submit requests via email at jcr@johnchristianramos.com or via WhatsApp. I'll confirm the matter falls within scope and provide a turnaround timeline, typically within 2 business days for most requests.
No. Document review, demand letters, landlord-tenant correspondence, employment agreement review, simple drafting, and legal research are all included as part of the plan and do not count against your 15 hours. The 15-hour allocation covers only your live consultation time — phone calls, video sessions, and direct Q&A meetings with me. Most members never come close to using all 15 hours.
Additional live consultation time beyond your 15-hour annual allocation is billed at $175/hr — the same overage rate used across all my plans. You'll always be notified before any overage charges apply.
No. Litigation, court appearances, and active case representation are not included in this plan. If your matter escalates to litigation, we can discuss a separate engagement or I can provide a referral. The plan is designed for advisory, transactional, and pre-litigation support.
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription start date, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your billing period and will not renew. John-Christian Ramos also reserves the right to discontinue this plan with reasonable advance notice, in which case a prorated refund will be issued.
Activates immediately. Cancel anytime. Your legal matters handled all year long.
