What states does this cover?

I am licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Work governed by the laws of those jurisdictions is fully covered. For matters in other states I can provide general legal analysis and will recommend local counsel where jurisdiction-specific advice is required.

How do I submit an assignment?

How does the 50-hour allocation work?

All 50 hours are available for any included work type — research, drafting, review, calls, strategy sessions, or discovery support. Hours are tracked and reported monthly. Up to 10 unused hours roll over to the following month.

What happens if I need more than 50 hours in a month?

Additional hours beyond your 50-hour monthly allocation are billed at $175/hr. You'll always be notified before any overage charges apply so you can decide how to proceed.

Can I upgrade to the Full-Time plan?

Yes — if your workload grows beyond what the Part-Time plan can accommodate, upgrading to the Full-Time plan at $14,995/month gives you 100 hours per month with a 20-hour rollover. Just reach out and I'll adjust your subscription.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew. John-Christian Ramos also reserves the right to discontinue this plan with reasonable advance notice, in which case a prorated refund will be issued.
