What states does this cover?

I am licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Work governed by those jurisdictions is fully covered. For matters in other states I can provide general legal analysis and will recommend local counsel where jurisdiction-specific advice is required.

What are the working hours?

This position provides dedicated availability Monday through Friday, 6pm to 10pm. Assignments submitted during the business day are worked on in the evening and delivered overnight — ready for your morning review.

Can I choose remote or in-house?

Yes — the working arrangement is your choice. Remote or in-house at your office during evening hours. We align on this during onboarding and can adjust as your needs change.

How is billing handled?

The flat monthly rate of $2,995 covers your part-time evening commitment with no overage charges. If the scope of the engagement changes significantly, both parties can discuss adjusting the arrangement accordingly.

Can I upgrade to the Full-Time plan?

Yes — if you need full daytime coverage in addition to evenings, upgrading to the Full-Time plan at $5,995/month gives you dedicated availability Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Just reach out and I'll adjust your subscription.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew. John-Christian Ramos also reserves the right to discontinue this plan with reasonable advance notice, in which case a prorated refund will be issued.
