What states does this cover?
I am licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Work governed by those jurisdictions is fully covered. For matters in other states I can provide general legal analysis and will recommend local counsel where jurisdiction-specific advice is required.
Is there an hour cap?
This position provides dedicated availability Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm — the same schedule you'd expect from an in-house attorney, at a flat monthly rate with no overage charges.
Can I choose in-house or remote?
Yes — the working arrangement is entirely your choice. In-house at your office, fully remote, or a hybrid. We align on this during onboarding and can adjust as your needs change.
How is billing handled?
The flat monthly rate of $5,995 covers your full-time commitment with no overage charges. If the scope of the engagement changes significantly, both parties can discuss adjusting the arrangement accordingly.
Can I downgrade to the Part-Time plan?
Yes — if your workload decreases, you can downgrade to the Part-Time plan at $2,995/month. Just reach out and I'll adjust your subscription for the next billing cycle.
Does this include court appearances?
Court appearances and direct client-facing representation must be arranged separately. This plan covers all pre-hearing, drafting, research, and support work — the work that makes court appearances possible.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew. John-Christian Ramos also reserves the right to discontinue this plan with reasonable advance notice, in which case a prorated refund will be issued.
