What states does this cover?

I am licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C. Work governed by the laws of those jurisdictions is fully covered. For matters in other states I can provide general legal analysis and will recommend local counsel where jurisdiction-specific advice is required.

How do I submit an assignment?

Submit assignments via email at jcr@johnchristianramos.com or via WhatsApp at (484) 880-3354. I'll confirm scope and turnaround within 1 business day — often same day for urgent matters.

How does the 100-hour allocation work?

All 100 hours are available for any included work type — research, drafting, review, discovery, compliance, strategy calls, or trial prep. Hours are tracked and reported monthly. Up to 20 unused hours roll over to the following month.

What happens if I need more than 100 hours in a month?

Additional hours beyond your 100-hour monthly allocation are billed at $175/hr. You'll always be notified before any overage charges apply so you can decide how to proceed.

Can I downgrade to the Part-Time plan?

Yes — if your workload decreases, you can downgrade to the Part-Time plan at $5,995/month with 50 hours per month and a 10-hour rollover. Just reach out and I'll adjust your subscription for the next billing cycle.

Does this include court appearances?

Court appearances, hearings, and direct client-facing representation are not included in this plan and must be arranged separately. This plan covers all pre-hearing, drafting, research, and support work — the work that makes court appearances possible.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew. John-Christian Ramos also reserves the right to discontinue this plan with reasonable advance notice, in which case a prorated refund will be issued.
